i've been featured at the diy showoff blog ... and oh what a feature it is!

I had a post planned for today, but now I must scratch that.

The reason: the amazing feature about my blog at The DIY Showoff:


The DIY Show Off

Roeshel at The DIY Showoff sent me an email earlier in the week to let me know she planned to feature my painted porch post on Saturday.  I, naturally, was over-the-moon.

This is equivalent to above-the-fold coverage in The New York Times!


So first thing this AM  -- before I even make myself a cup of tea -- I go to Roeshel's blog.   And it left me speechless (okay, I'm the only one up, but you get the point).  It's not just my painted porch "how to" but a whole feature on the blog!  She grabbed pictures of the kitchen and from my home tour "sneak peek ..."

I'm just overwhelmed.

So for those of you who find yourself here from The DIY Showoff, thank you, thank you, thank you.
